Early-stage to growth-stage startups with a functional prototype or Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

* Pure idea-stage startups will generally not be considered, except in exceptional cases with strong technical validation and innovation potential.

* Preference will be given to startups with pilot deployments, customer validation, or early user adoption.

The startup must be developing innovative solutions in:

• Digital HealthTech (Health Data, AI, Telemedicine, Digital Therapeutics)
• MedTech (Devices, Diagnostics, Wearables)
• Biotechnology (Applied Biotech, Therapeutic Support Solutions)

Applicants must satisfy one of the following:

• Be incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 2013; or
• Commit to incorporating as a Private Limited Company within two months of joining the accelerator.
