Incubation Manager
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in the entrepreneurial/startup ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
● Manage and oversee the incubation program at PIERC.
● Support startups with mentoring, funding opportunities, and resources.
● Build relationships with mentors, investors, and partners.
● Organize workshops and startup engagement activities.
● Monitor incubated startups’ progress and report.
● Collaborate with university stakeholders.
Assistant Manager: Startup Support (Ahmedabad & Rajkot)
Responsibilities:
● Assist in incubation activities at Ahmedabad and Rajkot Startup Studios.
● Coordinate startup onboarding, events, and workshops.
● Help founders with funding applications.
● Engage with students, faculty, and industry partners.
● Support reporting and operational activities.
